The awareness of the University’s reputation and its impact on the organizational commitment of the Hanoi Law University’s lecturers

The study aims at determining the relationship between the Hanoi Law university lecturers’ perception of the university’s reputation and their organizational commitment. The survey result on 204 participating lecturers demonstrates a statistically significant positive correlation between the lecturers’ perception of their university’s reputation and their organizationa commitment. Linear regression analysis shows that the lecturers’ perception of their university’s reputation poses an influence on their organizational commitment with coefficience level of 0,499.
