Abstract

The article analyzes and evaluates the consistency between civil judgment enforcement law and civil law and civil procedure law; points out the inconsistencies and proposes solutions to improve the legal system to ensure the compatibility between the civil judgment enforcement law with the civil law and civil procedure law, especially focuses on new legal issues of civil law and civil procedure law.
