Law on waste management together to build the course economic model in Vietnam

Abstract

There is a reciprocal relationship between the circular economy model and waste management. To build a circular economy model, there must be an appropriate waste management method. Therefore, the waste management method according to the product life cycle appears. The article evaluates the legal regulations on waste management in Vietnam, offers solutions to improve the law and improve the efficiency of the implementation of the law on waste management to contribute to building a circular economy model in Vietnam in the near future.
