Activities supporting capital for start-ups - Access under the perspective of young people’s rights and relevant legal issues

Abstract

The completion of the law on capital support activities for youth start-ups is an urgent matter to meet practical requirements. Funding activities for youth start-ups originate and are formed from the rights of young people. Accordingly, the article approaches capital support for young people to start a business from the perspective of youth's rights, evaluates and analyzes the initial regulations on capital support for youth start-ups; thereby proposing legal opinions to enforce youth's right to access capital to start a business.
