Abstract

Youth start-ups always pose a need for capital, due to the characteristics of young people and the characteristics of start-up activities. This need is realized by legal provisions, however, these provisions need to be developed based on certain requirements. This article covers the following issues: Point out the characteristics of young entrepreneurs; The need for a uniform legal adjustment for capital support for youth start-ups; Contents of the law applicable to capital support activities when young people start a business; Specific requirements for the law on capital support for youth start-ups.
