Abstract

Completing the law on capital support for youth start-ups is one of the important measures to promote youth entrepreneurship. The promulgated legal provisions ensuring the suitability, effectiveness and feasibility will remove the big bottleneck for young people's capital problems when starting a business. The article focuses on analyzing the concept of perfecting the law on capital support for youth start-ups, thereby pointing out the criteria to assess the level of completion of the law on capital support for these start-ups.
