Crowdfunding and capital support for youth start-ups - practical issues and legal recommendations

Abstract

Crowdfunding has increasingly become a popular funding method for start-ups. The article deals with the concept of crowdfunding, popular methods of crowdfunding in the world, and analyzes a number of issues arising from the practice of crowdfunding to support youth start-ups in Vietnam. Thereby, the article proposes legal solutions to develop the crowdfunding method to support start-ups in Vietnam.
