Judicial institutions, legal practice organisations in the French Republic and their relationship with the executive institution

Although influenced by the theory of separation of powers in the organization and operation of the state apparatus, in the French Republic, the executive institution (the Government) still has a significant influence on the operation of the judicial institutions and legal practice organisations. However, this influence does not distort the principle of independence and compliance with the law of judicial authorities and legal practice organisations. This study outlines the organizational model and operation of judicial agencies and legal practice organizations in the French Republic; analyze the influence of the Government on the operation of these agencies/organizations in order to make some comments and assessments.
