Completing the law on accountability of state bodies in the process of making law in Vietnam nowadays

Abstract

Accountability is one of the basic pillars of governance in modern society. The implementation of thorough accountability will contribute to the effective control of state power. The article focuses on general analysis of some issues upon the concept of accountability; assess the current status of provisions on accountability of state agencies in law-making; thereby making basic recommendations to improve the legal provisions on the accountability of state agencies in law-making in Vietnam today, contributing to the improvement of the legal system, enhancing the establishment and improvement of the Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam and international integration.
