Economic crimes having corrupt-nature in the Vietnam’s Penal Code 2015 and some recommendations

Abstract

The article analyzes cases of economic crimes having corrupt-nature in the 2015 Penal Code; analyze and clarify the difference between the cases of economic crimes having corrupt - nature and the crimes of corruption. On that basis, the author of the article analyzes the limitations and inadequacies in the provisions of the Penal Code, and at the same time proposes solutions to improve the Penal Code, improve the effectiveness of the application of the Penal Code to crimes against economic management and corruption crimes in practice.
