Land finance and finance-related issues in the Draft of the Land law (amended)

Abstract

The article deeply researches, and evaluates the provisions on land finance and some relevant issues as prescribed in the Draft of the Land Law (amended) in order to identify the points that are not consistent, compatible or inadequate with reality. On that basis, the article proposes ten recommendations to improve the provisions on land finance and a number of relevant issues, which contributes to improving the quality of the Draft of the Land Law (amended).
