Improving the Draft of the amended Land law to ensure the unification with the Civil code

Abstract

The Draft of the amended Land Law 2013 has a number of new issues compared to the current stipulation. Nevertheless, through the research of the full draft, it could be seen that several points are not compatible to the provisions of the Civil Code 2015. This incompatibility might affect the implementation process after the Draft is adopted. This article indicates incompatibile contents of the Draft to the Civil Code 2015. Based on the analysis and evaluation of these incompatibilities, the article shall propose recommendations for completion of the Draft to ensure the consistency to the Civil Code.
