Completing Vietnam's female employment law in light of the effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution

This article clarifies the effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (RI 4.0) on the completion of Vietnam's law on female employment through the assessment of the Vietnamese existig legal system on female employmnet including it achivements, shortcomings, recommendatións and solutions. In comparision to the preceding three revolutions, the IR 4.0 is characterized by Cyber Physical System (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud computing, and Cognitive computing. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a substantial impact on the job market of female workers due to its special technological characteristics, such as the unemployment of female workers in some new sectors and the inability of female workers to achieve the skill requirements... For this reason, it is vital to complete the law in order to provide women with secure employment. Employment of female workers is a necessary and objective issue that all nations, including Vietnam, must give special attention to in the near future. The article is to propose law and policy recommendations for further ensuring female employment in this new context.
