Abstract

A cooperative economic organization with legal personality is an economic organization that belongs to the collective economic sector. This type of economic organization is established by its members in order to cooperate and support themselves to meet common economic, cultural and social demands. The Law on Cooperatives (amended) is expected to contain numerous provisions on the conditions for becoming a member of these economic organizations. However, there are a number of related provisions that have not been completed yet. Therefore, it is necessary to study and continuously improve these provisions with the aim of attracting individuals and organizations to participate in this collective economic model, creating a new impetus for cooperative economic development.
