Abstract

Faced with increasingly serious environmental and climate change consequences, over the past ten years, many countries in the world have shifted from a brown economy (an economy that relies on fossil energy sources, ignoring social issues, environmental degradation and natural resource depletion) to a green economy (an economy that harmoniously combines three factors: economy - society - environment). Recognizing the role and necessity of a green economy for the country’s sustainable development, the Party and the State have promptly developed and issued policies on green economic development, leading the whole country to implement them with many results.
