Application of technology in human rights education for students in Vietnam today

Abstract

In the context of globalization and rapid digital transformation, human rights education for university students has become both an urgent and strategic task for higher education institutions. Within the scope of this article, the author clarifies the theoretical and practical foundations, analyzes the role of technology in innovating methods, enhances effectiveness, and expands the scope of human rights education, while identifying opportunities, challenges, and proposing several solutions to improve the effectiveness of the application of technology. Thereby, the article affirms the importance of integrating human rights knowledge with modern technology in order to cultivate a generation of Vietnamese students with proper awareness, legal consciousness, critical thinking, resilience, and responsibility in protecting and promoting human rights.
