Measuring and evaluating student satisfaction with educational services of HaTinh University

Abstract

Measuring and evaluating students’ satisfaction with educational services is a vital approach for assessing, in a scientific, transparent, and objective manner, the quality of educational service at Ha Tinh University. This paper presents the results of measuring and assessing students’ satisfaction with the University’s educational services and proposes recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality of training services in the coming period.
