Abstract

Buddhist secondary schools in localities train and foster monks and nuns according to programs ranging from basic knowledge to topics on philosophical principles and applied practice of Buddhism: from research results Through the article, the author presents some theoretical issues on the management of training and fostering activities for monks and nuns at Buddhist secondary schools.
