The Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy began adopting the policy allowing double majors relatively late, in 2019. As a result, the implementation process and the studies of students pursuing double majors have faced certain inadequacies and limitations, affecting the effectiveness of double major programs at the Academy. This article focuses on researching some of these inadequacies and limitations in the double major studies of students at the Academy and proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of double major programs at the Academy in the future.
