Abstract

Active self-discipline is a fundamental factor for fostering creativity. Only when individuals possess active self-discipline can they take initiative in solving tasks and be creative in choosing methods and approaches to achieve the best results. Physical education is a practical subject, and only when participants are actively self-disciplined can they improve their performance. Through various research methods, seven measures have been selected to enhance active self-discipline during physical education classes.
