Research on building a system of exercises to enhance general physical fitness for male students of course K30S at People’s Police College II

Abstract
The study developed 26 exercises aimed at improving the overall physical fitness of male students in the K30S cohort. Through the experimental process, we observed that the physical fitness levels of the male students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The experimental results confirm that these exercises are effective in enhancing the overall physical fitness of male students in the K30S cohort.
