Abstract

In the education system, the subject department plays a crucial role as a model of close collaboration among specialized teachers in the same field, facilitating the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and the development of curricula. The article discusses the development of plans, organization of implementation, management of execution, and evaluation of the management of subject department activities in lower secondary schools, and identifies the factors affecting the functioning of subject departments.
