Abstract

The team of teachers of grade 4 plays a decisive role in ensuring the quality of education. Therefore, the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program for grade 4 teachers is one of the most important issues in schools in general and primary schools in particular. Managing the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program for grade 4 teachers is an urgent requirement today, which needs to be thoroughly resolved in both theory and practice. The article analyzes the 2018 General Education Program for grade 4 and the training requirements for implementing the 2018 General Education Program for grade 4 teachers and the current status of training for implementing the 2018 General Education Program for grade 4 teachers, thereby making recommendations to improve the quality of this training activity.
