Abstract

Management evaluating student learning outcomes according to the competency approach in elementary schools is a purposeful, planned impact process that ensures the legitimacy of managers on teachers and students in the process. The main purpose is to improve students' learning outcomes and abilities. Based on the assessment results, students know their level of achievement compared to the assigned goals/tasks. On that basis, adjust learning styles to improve learning outcomes, and at the same time, teachers adjust teaching methods accordingly. This article presents the management of assessment activities of elementary school students' learning outcomes according to the competency approach.
