Abstract

Self-assessment of character qualities of cadets in military officer schools is a complex process, including cadets’ self-awareness, analysis and evaluation of the level of expression of their own character values. In the military environment, especially in officer schools, self-assessment of character qualities plays a key role, not only helping cadets accurately perceive their strengths and weaknesses, but also helping them adjust their behavior, improve their sense of responsibility and discipline - essential factors in the process of striving to become a military officer.
