E-commerce has become a strong development trend in Vietnam in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution. To maintain sustainable e-commerce development, businesses must face many challenges and require innovation in business strategy, technology, and management. Based on analyzing the current status of e-commerce development in Vietnam, the author proposes solutions to help businesses improve competitiveness and aim for sustainable development in the process of applying e-commerce.
