ABSTRACT
The process of fostering a behavioral culture for junior high school pupils in Dong Anh district, Hanoi
city needs: Equipped with knowledge of behavioral communication, standards in behavioral culture;
regularly organize practical experience activities; flexibly apply the forms and methods of fostering; promote
positivity, actively self-foster self-training; responsible role of families and institutions in the school.
