ABSTRACT
This report presents the experience of successfully organizing an exam at the Faculty of Mathematics and
Informatics via Google Workspace plattform subscribed by Hanoi National University of Education. The
author also provides the results of a student satisfaction survey aimed at obtaining a first confirmation of the
feasibility and efficiency of the process. Upon completion of that exam, it can be concluded that the proposed
process is easy to be set up and operated. Furthermore, it has generated no confidentiality errors, is free of
charge and may therefore be implemented on a wide basis.
