ABSTRACT
Developing management team for kindergartens is to help management team improve personality,
professional qualification, and school management ability. Developing kindergartens’ management team
should implement synchronously solutions to enhance awareness of management team; effectively carry out
planning programs, organize training activities and create encouragement policies for management team
in order to help the team be secure, excited and enthusiastic to work as well as achieve high efficiency in
educational management activities.
