ABSTRACT
Based on previous studies on combined teaching methods in economic and management disciplines the
article conveys how to combine teaching methods in university training in real estate sector. The article has
given the views of the academic community on the advantages of using blended teaching methods to enhance
students' knowledge and the article discusses the factors to apply blended learning methods in university
training and students' awareness while applying blended learning methods.
