Abstract: Development activity for specialized capacity for primary school teachers currently are an urgent task to implement for the 2018 general education program. Teachers’ main tasks are to teach and organize educational activities based on their required capacity. The article presents the content of the development for specialized capacity for primary school teachers to meet the requirement of the 2018 general education program and the path of professional development for primary school teachers to comply with the 2018 general education program.
