Abstract: On the basis of theoretical research, the current situation of capacity development of primary school teachers, the article has proposed measures to develop the capacity of teachers at primary schools in Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh city. In order to contribute to improving the quality of teachers to meet the requirements of implementing the new educational program.
