Higher education from the financial autonomy mechanism at public universities in Vietnam in the new context

Abstract

Over the years, the Party and State have made many guidelines and policies towards university autonomy. The autonomy of universities has been recognized since 2005 in the Education Law with the same autonomy contents as in developed countries. Giving full autonomy in a relationship that clearly defines rights and obligations for public universities is a strategic solution and a measure of the Government’s management and innovation for sustainable development. sustainably and improve the quality of Vietnam’s higher education and training.
