Abstract

Differentiated instruction is an educational approach in which teachers adjust the content, plans, methods and learning environment to meet the diverse learning needs of students in order to maximize their ability. Differentiated instruction is identified as an important issue in the development of the current general education curriculum in Vietnam. The article presents some basic theories of differentiated instruction, requirements of differentiated instruction and the key elements of differentiated instruction.
