Abstract

The article focuses on studying the Kirkpatrick model as one of the training program evaluation models. Through the article, the author introduces this model, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the model. From there as a basis to help training institutions apply and improve the model so that it is suitable for the training unit.
