To ensure the quality of human resource training, educational institution needs to focus on applying advanced teaching methods to help learners access knowledge more easily and be more active in learning. Particularly, experiential learning in the training process to develop learners competencies in connection with reality plays an important role to close the gap between training quality and practical needs. The article identifies the concepts related to experiential learning as well as presents some experience in applying some techniques in the process of experiential teaching at Đong Thap University.
