Health is a precious asset of every human being, to have health is not based on rejuvenating an old body but must foster and develop from a young age. In order to improve the general fitness of students at Phenikaa University, the article conducts a study to evaluate the effectiveness of using movement games to improve the general fitness of students in the 100m running course.
