The paper presents the results of studying the situation of professional capacity training activities management for high school teachers in Muong La district, Son La province to meet the 2018 general education program, including: Planning professional capacity training activities, Organizing professional capacity training activities, Leading professional capacity training activities, Controlling professional capacity training activities for activities for teachers . On that basis, propose some measures to improve the quality of high school teachers in Muong La district to meet the requirements of the 2018 general education program.
