From digital library to smart library at Hanoi National University of Education 2

Abstract

In recent years, digital transformation and open knowledge access are increasingly developing and gradually becoming a common trend of countries around the world with many different fields. Libraries are also aware of their roles and responsibilities in Digital Transformation. This is an urgent task of universities in general across the country and Hanoi National University of Education 2 in particular. Digital transformation in the library aims to improve processes, reduce staff time and effort, and especially bring convenience and many convenient services to users in finding and exploiting resources of information. Library digital transformation is a program in which information technology, especially digital technology is applied.
