Selecting exercises to improve the efficiency of breaststroke technique for students at Department of Tourism, Ha Long University

Abstract

Through the research on the topic, 22 exercises have been selected to improve the effectiveness of breaststroke technique for students of the Faculty of Tourism, Ha Long University, including 8 exercises on land and 14 exercises in water. Through experimentally assessing the effectiveness of exercises to improve the effectiveness of breaststroke techniques for students of the Faculty of Tourism, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has determined a clear effect of the system of exercises selected for advanced applications. effectiveness of breaststroke technique for research subjects (with t > panel at the probability threshold p < 0.05).
