Factors affecting job satisfaction of lecturers at University of Food Industry in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of teachers at University of Food Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (HUFI), thereby proposing some solutions to contribute to the effectiveness of teaching, helping them to be satisfied with their work and have a long-term commitment to the school. The research data was collected from the survey results of 174 teachers working at the University.
