Through regular and reliable scientific research methods, the research has selected 20 exercises and applied exercises to improve the effectiveness of the shuttlecock technique for male students of the Badminton team of the People’s Security Academy. After the experimental process of applying exercises according to the exercises that have been researched and built, the results show that the research subjects’ bridge breaking technique has improved and is meaningful statistical meaning (t = 3.26 → 5.20 at p < 0.05).
