Solutions to improve the effectiveness of education and training policy content in Vietnam in the current context

Abstract

In the current period of digital transformation and promoting industrialization, modernization, and international integration in Vietnam, human resources play an important role and significance in the country’s development process. Knowing the position and role of human resources, Vietnam has always considered education as a top national policy. The recent implementation of education and training policies has achieved positive results, however there are still some limitations in the process of implementing the policy’s content. The article focuses on evaluating the position and role of policy, and recommends solutions to effectively implement the content of education and training policies in Vietnam today.
