Applying mobile applications on smart devices to equip English vocabularies for non-English major students at National Academy of Public Administration

Abstract

Learning vocabularies is a main factor to master English. However, teaching and applying vocabularies in some educational institutions have not achieved much effectiveness due to such reasons as the number of students in class, traditional teaching methods, time limitation, lack of students' learning attraction and proficency. This article refers to the using of mobile applications in learning vocabularies and introduces some most popular applications during process of vocabularies acquisition. This article is also a useful reference source for those who are passionate about teaching and studying English vocabulary in particular and English training in general.
