Abstract

Currently, Chat GPT-4 is the latest version which is much smarter than the previous version GPT- 3.5 due to its ability to process both text and image input. From that development, Chat GPT has become an effective assistant to people in many fields, especially the field of education. For higher education in general as well as Law training in particular, the teaching and learning process and assessment process are also significantly influenced by ChatGPT and similar applications. The article focuses on analyzing and proposing solutions to innovate teaching methods and assessment for full-time university students facing the impact of ChatGPT.
