Abstract

The concept of STEM learning is integrating intra-subjects or multidisciplinary subjects to create something greater than the sum of its individual parts. This dissertation proposes designing STEM lessons according to the instructional model in teaching social sciences for grade 3 students to develop the ability to apply knowledge and skills. Applying the process to design and illustrate STEM projects such as the “mini desk calendar” when teaching the lesson “Relatives and Family fond memories” in the unit “Family”.
