Developing a team of educational administrative officials at universities to meet the requirements of educational innovation

Abstract

In recent years of innovation, the cause of education and training has gained a number of great achievements. To meet the requirements of innovating educational management and improving the quality of education and training, in addition to comprehensively developing a team of lecturers and managers at all levels, the issue of developing a team of administrative officials is also important. Education needs special attention. Based on the theoretical basis of developing a team of educational administrative officials to meet the requirements of educational reform, the article points out a number of issues in developing a team of educational administrative officials at universities to meet the requirements of educational innovation.
