In the context of integration and globalization, foreign language learning is considered a “hot” field of study and receives a lot of attention and interest from young people. Vietnam has been establishing strategic partnerships with many countries in Europe and Asia, including Japan. It can be seen that Japan is increasingly opening up more career opportunities for Vietnam because the number of people learning Japanese is also increasing day by day. With the demands of effort in learning Japanese, learning about learning needs as well as finding and improving motivation to learn is extremely important and highly practical. From there, students grasp their own needs and motivation to meet the needs of society after graduation.
