Preserve and promote the Vietnamese national cultural foundation in the current context

Abstract

The author discusses the importance of preserving and promoting the cultural foundation of the Vietnamese people in the current context. The author starts by exploring theoretical foundations of the Vietnamese cultural platform and then highlights the current situation of preserving and promoting this cultural foundation in recent times. Subsequently, the author proposes specific solutions to enhance the preservation and promotion of the ethnic cultural foundation in the present context.
