Abstract

Digital transformation is an inevitable trend in Vietnamese higher education today, because if universities want to promote domestic and international rankings, improve the quality of education, training and management, and attract higher To attract learners, digital transformation must be carried out. Higher education institutions are seeking and implementing a roadmap for university autonomy according to the provisions of Law No. 34/2018/QH14. One of the contents that many higher education institutions are building is a model of university governance oriented towards modern autonomy and ensuring educational quality.
